February Happenings!

Here are a few pictures of this month. I was in charge of Josh's Valentine's Party at school and also did a Valentine/Game theme for Cora's Girl Scout troop this past week. It was a lot of prepping and planning but I had a great time spending time with Cora and Josh and their friends!

Feed My Starving Children!

Last Sunday, our Girl Scout Troop got to participate in an event called Feed My Starving Children. It was a great event where the girls helped measure and pack the food for children in need. It was such a meaningful event and every girl wants to go back next year and participate!

Snow tubing!

On Saturday we made a day trip with the McGuires and Ackermans up to Wintergreen for snow tubing! We decided to make a day out of it so after we were done we went to Devil's Backbone Brewery in Nelson County! It was a beautiful day and we could not have asked for more perfect weather. Snow tubing was awesome and the kids had a blast! Last year Josh was too small so he and I hung out in the kid zone and did the kid zone. This year he was tall enough so he was so excited to go! I was so afraid he would let go and fall out but he did great! My little guy is growing up too fast! What a fun day with family and friends!

After the crazy snow last weekend, the kids were out of school until Thursday! What does that mean? Entertaining kids:) We went sledding, bowling, had play dates, and made trips to Target!
