The Legendary Santa, Sing-a-longs, and Madeline's Christmas!

We had a very busy week last week.  First, we went for our annual visit to the Legendary Santa down at the CMOR on Thursday with Nana, Aunt KK, and the McGuire girls.  We got there early so we could wait in line to see Santa come down the chimney...well worth it!  The girls and Josh had a front row seat!  Of course Josh cried and Cora wouldn't smile because she wanted her snack..right then and there.  The picture turned out cute though!
On Saturday, we went to see Madeline's Christmas..it was so cute!  Cora loved it!  Josh stayed at home with Daddy, so it was a little outing with just my sweet Cora, which we both cherish and love.
Finally, Cora had her preschool Sing-a-long!  I was working, so luckily I could leave work for a little bit to watch her performance!  She was front and center and boy did she sing!  She was very animated...that's my Cora!!  What a fun and busy week of making many wonderful memories!

The Most Wonderful Time of the Year....

December started off with a bang with Cora's 4th Birthday!  We have since been very busy with Holiday fun!  First off, we have started the Elf of the Shelf tradition.  Cora picked out the name Dopey!  Cora and Josh are in LOVE with Dopey, especially Josh!  He squeals every time he looks at Dopey, it is so cute!  Every morning they go to find Dopey and everyone gets so excited!  He is a cute little guy!  Other than that, we have gotten the house decorated, visited our favorite tacky light house (mutiple times!), and are busy getting ourselves ready for the most wonderful time of year!!!

Cora's Makeup Runway Fashion Show Birthday Party!

Today we had Cora's birthday party.  Her birthday is this Tuesday, so we have lots of celebrations until then!  Cora has been requesting since this summer for a Makeup runway fashion show birthday party.  Where she got this idea, I have no clue.  But she has stuck to it!  With some research I found other ideas from the web and put it all together!  I have to say, her party was a hit!  Sam made a 16 foot runway..it was amazing!  The party would not have been the same without it...it made everything fit together!  Ten of Cora's closest friends (and cousins) came in their fanciest attire and worked that runway!  Kirsten was very generous and did their makeup before it was runway time.  The girls looked awesome!  I only grabbed some quick pics with my phone since it was so much going on.  Hopefully Aunt KK will send me more to add to the blog.  But here are just a few.  What a wonderful day!!
