UCI Road World Championships!

Richmond was a happening place this past week! Our city hosted the UCI Road World Championships! We finally made it out on Saturday to see the Women's Elite Road Circuit. The excitement in the air was awesome and it was so great to see so many people cheering and watching such amazing athletes. Richmond will probably never host this again, so this was a once in a lifetime event and I'm so happy we got to experience it!
There is also a picture of a note Cora left me for back to school night last week. I love reading it and loved writing backing to her!

Hello Fall and Jazz/Tap!

Today is the first day of Fall! Here are a few random pictures of what we've been up to the last week! Today was also a big day because Cora started her Jazz/Tap class! She has always done Ballet/Tap but wanted to change it up this year! She is SO excited because she gets to dance with Madelyn and her good friend Lillian! It's going to be a great year of dance!!

Fall Soccer!

Cora and Josh are playing Fall Soccer this year with Strikers! We played the YMCA last Spring and decided to switch to Strikers since some of their friends were switching to Strikers also. It is a much more serious soccer club than the Y! Josh learned so much in his practice/game it was great! Cora is practicing once a week on Mondays with her team...the Bumblebees! Her good friends Abby and Samantha are on the team so they have lots of fun! Josh has his buddies Sawyer and Mason to play along with too! The first games were successful and we can't wait to have more soccer fun!!

Happy 1st Birthday Holden!

Holden turned one on September 15th and he had a little first birthday party the weekend before! How has a year passed since this little guy was born?! He had a great party with family and a few friends. The most impressive part of the party was Holden eating his smash cake! I've never seen a 1 year old dig into a cake like that! It was the best!! Happy Birthday to our precious Holden!

Josh's 1st Day of Preschool-2015!

On Monday, Josh started his second year of preschool at The Gingerbread Cottage! He is the 4 year old 3 day class, Monday-Wednesday from 9am-12pm. His teacher is Mrs. Milican and we are very excited for a great year!!
