Warm weather (for a day!)

Yesterday we enjoyed a temperature at 70 degrees!!  It was so nice to have warm weather since we really have had a cold and brutal winter!  The kids loved riding their bikes outside and played for a few  hours!  We know the cold weather will return, so we are soaking it up for now!!

Happy Valentine's Day!

We had a great Valentine's Day this year!  It snowed a few days before Valentine's day and I was off the entire week from work.  We had decided to take a little road trip to Apex NC to visit the Stanley's.  Cora and Talia are good friends and we have been wanting to get them together since they have moved!  Our trip was delayed due to the snow, so we headed out Valentine's Day!  We had a great visit and also go to go to Talia's birthday party at Pump U.  The kids had a blast and slept a lot on the way home.  It was a great little trip with my little Valentine's!

Hello February!

As I write this post, I realize that February is almost over!  And I'm happy about that!  We are all over the cold and ready for some warm weather!!  This month we visited Meme at her new apartment in Imperial Plaza.  The kids LOVE Imperial Plaza and Cora tells me all the time that she is going to live there when she is old!  We also went to Stella's 9th birthday party at Skate Nation.  Hard to believe, when Sam and I first met we I went to her 1st birthday party at Debbie and Gerald's house in Mechanicsville.  My how time flies!!  Anyway, February was fun, glad it's almost over:)
