Busch Gardens!

Today we went to Busch Gardens with Aunt Kelly, Madelyn, Ellie, Sara, Natalie, Kirsten, Isabella, Sophia, Jenna, and Liam! It was a perfect fall day and we had so much fun! Cora loved to ride all the rides, especially the bigger rides in Elmo Land (or whatever it's called!) She loved to meet Elmo, and gave him a big hug and kiss! She was terrified of Big Bird and Grover (but did blow both a kiss goodbye!) Natalie was her little buddy today and they had so much fun hanging out and riding rides!

Pumpkin Patch & Aunt Kelly's Birthday!

Today we went to the pumpkin patch with Nana, Aunt Kelly, Madelyn, Ellie, and Kelly's playgroup. We went to the Hanover Vegetable Farm and had a great time! Cora was in a fussy mood in the beginning, but then became in a better mood once it got a little warmer! She picked her pumpkin and loved to ride on the hayride. She did not like the corn troughs however! She did help put the corn back in the troughs though:) Tonight, we celebrated Kelly's Birthday at Nana's house. It was a great day!

Ellie's Baptism

This past Sunday little Ellie was baptised at St. Mary's Catholic Church. A lot of the McGuire family came in from Connecticut so it was a full house! We had a lot of fun with the McGuire's...lots of laughs and good food!

Carter Mountain Apple Festival

In the beginning of October, we went to the Apple Festival at Carter's Mountain with who else?! Of course the McGuire fam! Kelly and I are loving spending time together because Cora and Madelyn are becoming such good friends. We are creating many traditions this year for our girls! We can't wait for Ellie to join the group when she's up and running! Here are some pictures from our trip!

The State Fair!

At the end of September, we made a trip to the State Fair! Cora and I went with Aunt Kelly, Nana, Madelyn, and Ellie. We had so much fun! Cora loved to ride the rides, and especially loved the animals. She got very close to all the animals and had a huge smile on her face! Madelyn and her rode lots of rides, but there was only one ride that she could ride all by herself due to height requirements. Madelyn and her rode on the dump truck ride over and over! We can't wait to go every year!

Busy Spring and Summer!

The spring and summer of 2010 were busy, and we enjoyed every minute of it! The heat was pretty bad so we had to stay cool at the in the pool and keep busy with indoor activities! In September, we went to the OBX with Nana and Pop Pop, Aunt Kelly, Uncle Bill, Madely, Ellie, Vera, Tom, and Denise. We had so much fun! Sam could not go and we missed him terribly!
